Physical Strength

Hey today,

Let me share with you how i look physically. I am a skinny tall guy who is not much powerful also .
So this post is to make me improve my physical strength and to make things better physically.

my body :-
  • Height - 5'11" 
My height is perfect. Can't improve it and don't want to. Just going to make other things resemble with it .
  •  Weight - 50 kgs
My weight is far too less than what i want .My BMI is 15.34 ( severe thinness) as per BMI calculator.
and also , from the same link , i have to increase my weight to 70 kg to make it 21.48 which is perfectly normal .


Observation :-

  • I have to take more calories to increase my weight , according to Calorie Calculator   with my height and body  ,i should take 3334 calories daily to increase my weight to 2 pound a week which means to increase my weight from 50 kg to 70 kg , i have to take this much calories for 22 weeks with moderate exercise .
Steps that i should follow to reach the target :-

  • To gain weight , i should start consuming more healthy food . 
  • I should add eggs , milk ,butter , ghee , cheese to my diet
  • I should start eating non-veg food more often 
  • Take several meals throughout the day
  • Dont count the calories exactly , but make sure it's above the required amount .
  • Stay motivated , don't loose hope , i will definitely make it , may be 1-2 day , i dont reach the target ,but rest of the days , i definitely will if i keep on trying.
